The firm was formed in 1989 and its founding partners are En. Iqbal Hakim bin Dato' Haji Sujak,  Mr. Voo Peter, Mr Lim Kien Voon, Ms. Siew Wai Kit, Mr Alvin T.K. Chang.

Our firm has established itself as panel solicitors for many financial institutions, insurance companies, co-operatives, public and private corporations involved in the field of manufacturing, construction, arms and defence industry.

At our Kuala Lumpur office is managed En. Iqbal Hakim bin Dato' Haji Sujak, the main partner of the firm who is assisted by a team of four dedicated and experienced lawyers and a twenty members staff force whilst the Puchong office is manages by Ms. Elizabeth Siew who services the firm's client in the Selangor region. The firm is fully equipped with the computer systems for each individual lawyer and staff, central network file management, computerised accounting system and possesses a full range of modern office equipment and facilities.

The Kuala Lumpur office is structured into the following departments of service:-
